How to get there?
The Island can be reached by a scenic drive along the East coast or a swift flight, either by Air Asia, Malaysia Airlines or Firefly to Kuala Terengganu (TGG). Firefly now flies directly from Singapore to Kuala Terengganu. From the airport, a 30 – 40 minutes’ drive by road to Marang Jetty and then a 15 minutes boat ride to the private island resort

Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment for the package. Please refer to cancellation policy for the refund status should there be any cancellation once the package is booked and confirmed.
- Bookings are allocated on a ‘first come first served' basis and subjected to availability.

- 10 % Administration charge will apply if the booking is cancelled once confirmed. Full package price will be forfeited for any show or cancellation received 28 days prior to arrival date
Peak season
- 10 % Administration charge will apply if the booking is cancelled once confirmed. Full package price will be forfeited for any show or cancellation received 45 days prior

- check in time is 1400hrs and check out time is at 1200hrs
- No refund or substitutes are allowed for any items in the package which is not utilized
